I had a great experience at this banquet hall overall. The owner was amazing and very kind. The way the owner treats people really shows how much they care about their guests and events. The staff members were also wonderful everyone was respectful, professional, friendly, and did a great job. I truly appreciate all their hard work and hospitality. However, I do have one concern that I feel should be addressed. The manager’s behavior was disappointing and did not reflect the excellent service provided by everyone else. During our event, he seemed to make his own rules, even when we explained that someone in a higher position had already given us different instructions. We repeatedly told him that we would follow his directions, but he continued bringing up the same issue and seemed frustrated even after we agreed to cooperate. Unfortunately, his attitude toward vendors was disrespectful at times, and he was not very helpful when assistance was needed. I also felt that he was not as respectful toward some of the women present as he should have been. His behavior created unnecessary stress and gave a negative impression that did not match the otherwise outstanding experience at the hall. The owner and staff deserve recognition for their excellent work, and that is why I am still leaving a positive review. I simply hope management addresses these concerns so future events can be as enjoyable as possible for everyone.
