⭐⭐⭐☆☆ HashTag India – Amazing Mandi, But Consistency Needs Improvement 🍛 The Star of the Restaurant – Mandi Biriyani ❤️ If there’s one thing I would always recommend from HashTag India, it’s their Mandi Biriyani! 😍 As a family, we’ve tried Mandi Biriyani from several different restaurants, but HashTag India’s Mandi has always remained our favorite. The flavors are unique, and we keep coming back for it. We’ve enjoyed almost all their Mandi varieties, including: ● 🥦 Gobi Mandi ● 🐟 Fish Mandi ● 🐑 Mutton Mandi ● 🍤 Shrimp Mandi Every one of them has a delicious flavor that keeps us returning. One small tip—the Mandi side curry is usually at its best during weekends! ⚠️ The Biggest Issue – Lack of Consistency The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the restaurant struggles to maintain a consistent standard. Sometimes: ● The Gobi served with the Mandi isn’t cooked properly. ● At other times, the Gobi curry feels very dry, almost as if it has been cooked twice. ● The same inconsistency happens occasionally with the fish curry and other Mandi side curries as well. Since we’re regular customers, we’ve experienced this multiple times over the years. 🍄 Mushroom Pepper Needs More Attention I’ve ordered their Mushroom Pepper many times. While it’s excellent on some days, there are also times when: ● The mushrooms are undercooked and hard to bite. ● They become overly blackened and lose their texture. I’ve even called and informed them about these issues several times, but unfortunately I haven’t seen much improvement. 🏡 Great Ambience for Families One thing I absolutely love is the dine-in experience. 😊 The restaurant has a beautiful ambience, and they also offer private seating cubicles, making it a wonderful place for families to enjoy their meal comfortably. 🍽️ Other Food Options We’ve also tried several other items. 👍 The good: ● Breakfast combos are quite nice. ● Pastries are delicious. ● Handmade sweets are excellent. ● Chaat items are also very tasty. 👎 Could be better: ● The sambar served with the breakfast combos is usually too watery. So overall, I’d say some dishes are outstanding, while a few still need improvement. 🚗 Parking Another plus point is the location. Since the restaurant is situated inside a shopping complex, there’s plenty of parking available, making it very convenient to visit. 🌟 Final Thoughts We’re regular customers because HashTag India is close to our home, and we genuinely love their Mandi Biriyani. ❤️ I truly wish they would maintain the same quality and consistency every single time because the potential is definitely there. If they can improve that one aspect, this would easily become one of the best places for Mandi.
