I am NOT kidding…. This is some of the best food I have ever eaten in my entire life! Including 4 star restaurants. Including foreign locales. And from a humble food truck, no less. The ambience leaves a little something to be desired - a rickety picnic table a few feet from Highland. That’s a distraction that dissolves after the second bite. Your world immediately slows to a crawl as all your senses are primed to savor the exquisite medley of flavors about to be released in the third bite. I’m describing any and all of their culinary offerings. It’s all outstanding! Here’s my advice: RUN, don’t walk to Himalaya’s Mono. It’s located at the corner of Highland and Franklin and open on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. They also have a restaurant in the valley. Please try it, I would never steer you wrong!
