I went to this restaurant whist on holiday, 20/04/2026 Just so you know this restaurant caused me and my partner hospitalization after getting severe food poisoning. I orders a garlic pepper beef and a chicken & Cashew nut. Both meals presented well however, pepper beef was hard chewy and wasn’t cooked properly, I could not chew one piece & was unable to eat the dish. The Chicken was dry and had a weird taste. I also note I think there was 4 pieces of chicken in Cashew nuts. Just packed with cheap veggies. I think this restaurant is using Kebab Roll style meat & cutting it themself. I asked for meal to be changed and was advised that this is how the dish comes sorry. This is the meat the supplier sends us. I called and spoke with manger, she was rude had No transparency or no professionalism, no apologies just let me check with my staff and I will get back to you. Still no call back still no refund. Will call Health Department and report this restaurant. Avoid this restaurant unless u want to spent you holiday at emergency department with food poisoning whist having diarrhea. Worst Thai Restaurant in Surfers, you would think If your ordering a stir fry your wouldn’t have to worry if the meat was cooked properly. My beef is still red lol. Regards Dean & Melissa
