One of the best fine dining experiences in Bangalore. The menu is distinctly curated. Every item feels carefully crafted rather than overwhelming in choice. 1. The Chengdu lamb we tried was incredibly tender with bold, aromatic spices. 2. The Fire & Spice King Prawn was a bit on the milder side and didn't quite suit our palate. 3. The pork chop was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. It had a subtle sweetness that was perfectly balanced by the accompanying sauces. 4. The smoked ribs were exceptionally flavorful, tender, and literally fell off the bone. The mango salad was the perfect accompaniment. 5. The kombucha and ginger beer were crisp and refreshing. We loved the pork dishes so much that we'd happily return just for them. Highly recommended! Kudos to the chef for crafting such exceptional dishes! 👏👨🍳 We were pleasantly surprised with a special birthday dessert, a thoughtful gesture by Team Fireside. This made the evening even more memorable for us. We had a truly wonderful dining experience.
