Cheats! They are not honest. Stay away from this place. I purchased a young goat leg that weighed about 5.2 lb which means the meat should be very tender. I also asked them to separate the meat into boneless small pieces and the rest to be left with bones. When I reached home, I had two separate bags, one was boneless meat and the other one leftover with mostly bones. Surprising part is that there were pieces from the backbone consisting of vertebrae. How come vertebrae appear in a hind leg of a goat? The meat was tough even after cooking in a pressure cooker. This means, they are displaying something in the refrigerator and selling the meat while they are packing something else when they act like they are cutting the meat in the backend of the shop. We can't see what is going on behind the wall. I'm attaching the leftover pieces of bones to prove these are actually vertebrae. I only purchased a hind leg. How did vertebrae endup in my plate??? Anyone who studied basic biology would know this. I purchased 2 country chickens each with $20. Though, I felt that it was very expensive for a chicken, I wanted to get fresh chicken. I wanted the chicken to be roasted. I also told them not to pack any legs or head or neck pieces. Requested to cut small pieces. The two chickens were to be packed separately in two bags. To my surprise, one of the bags has 2 neck pieces! That proves that the chicken I picked and the chicken packed for me were completely different. The pieces were also huge in size. We don't know what the weight of the chicken we picked versus the meat we were given. There is no trustworthiness to their process. Why are they hiding the cutting process from the customer? Is that legal? Is that honest? So many people are questioning and still they are not changing it. So, there must be a very strong reason which certainly doesn't benefit the customers, I believe.
