We checked out Noodle One in Frisco and honestly it was a great experience overall. First off, everything is halal, i mean it’s in the name lol. Owners are muslim and great people The decor is really nice and clean with a modern but cozy feel. It definitely gives authentic Asian comfort food vibes. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the start. There was a bit of a wait for seating, but we had a party of seven so that was expected. Once we sat down, service was smooth. The owners even came by our table to check on us, which was a really nice touch. They were super kind and made us feel appreciated. Now the food: Cumin fried rice was packed with flavor. You could really taste the cumin without it being overpowering. It had that perfect balance of spice and savoriness. Chicken stir fried was simple but really well done. Tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and a nice wok flavor that made it taste authentic and not greasy. The steamed chicken xiao long bao were soft and delicate. When you bite into them, you get that warm, savory broth inside. Definitely one of the highlights. The signature beef soup was hearty and comforting. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the beef was tender. It is the kind of dish that feels like real comfort food. Beef wontons in chili oil had a great kick without being too spicy. The wontons were soft, the beef filling was flavorful, and the chili oil added just the right amount of heat and depth. Chicken corn fried dumplings had a nice crisp on the outside and a juicy filling inside. The slight sweetness from the corn worked really well with the chicken. Beef and cabbage fried dumplings were flavorful and well seasoned. The cabbage added a nice texture and freshness to balance the beef. Scallion pancakes were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Simple but done right, especially dipped in sauce. The flavors overall were very authentic and well balanced. Nothing felt overly heavy or artificial. Prices were pretty decent for the quality and portion sizes. The kids loved it, which says a lot. We will definitely be back.
