Dantanna is still serving halal beef, the new supplier Greater Omaha PackingCo. Please always call the restaurant and get confirmation. Their steaks are still amazing and we must appreciate them for keeping halal meat. Below is the description from Zabihah.com about the supplier. Halal program at Greater Omaha Packing Co., is supervised by Halal Transactions of Omaha, which is accredited nationally and internationally by various Islamic groups and Muslim countries. Greater Omaha Packing is committed to integrate the Halal program according to the Islamic Rites to produce high quality Halal beef. The Muslim technicians, who are trained and supervised by Halal Transactions of Omaha, manually apply the procedure to produce Halal (Zabiha) beef.

Upon recent inquiry, they have switched to a different supplier and do not carry meats from Creekstone Farms...........therefore no more halal options for steaks at Dantanna's. Hoping they reconsider and change back to halal.

I've been here by myself and with large groups. It's pretty good. When they had halal steaks I had it a couple times and it was good. The burgers and wings are good too.
