We visited with a group of 5 people and ordered 2 chicken Mandi and one paneer fried rice. We had to wait about 30 minutes for the Mandi, and no one informed us about the waiting time when we placed the order. Since we were very hungry, we even thought of leaving and went outside, but then they called us saying the food was ready. Also, the table next to us was doing promotion videos and they were getting their food quickly as needed that frustrated us more, while regular customers were waiting. It felt like customers were being neglected because of the promotion. It would be better if the restaurant informed customers about the waiting time in advance so we can choose other options if needed. Overall, the taste was good, but better communication and equal attention to all customers would improve the experience.
