Daniel Corpuz Chocolatier creates handcrafted artisan bonbons and confections that highlight’s Filipino American and Asian American heritage by utilizing flavors indicative to Asian cuisine. Taking inspiration from tradition Filipino pastries, the idea is to transform them into chocolate bon bons. In addition, as a pastry chef, he transforms flavors traditionally found in pastry, like coffee, nuts, and caramel and re-imagines into the form of a bonbon.
