Our chickens are flame grilled after being marinated in our own special peri peri sauce for 24 hours and cooked to our customers desired level of spice and served with a choice of sauce on the side. Our lamb chops and steaks are marinated with a special finger licking peri peri rub which you won't be able to resist.
