The worst burger I have ever tasted. I actually, truly don't know what the hype is. I especially came from Birmingham to try this but it truly was a waste of money. I ordered a double spicy burger. It was so salty that I couldn't eat more than half, even that I forced myself as I paid money. But seriously, reduce the salt by a lot please.

UPDATE: Service loses 2 stars. Last time (10 days ago) advised me to phone my order, easier and quicker apparently. Today despite 16 calls they don't pick-up. Came to the shop and not even busy 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️. --- A bit of a mixed bag overall. Ordered a stacked burger, gravy chicken chips and cheesy chips. There are a couple of easy improvements for the setup - calling out order numbers can get a bit chaotic, so a screen system like Miami would help. A simple floor marking to separate phone orders from walk-ins would also make things clearer. Finally, calling out orders in a random order is never a good look. I was 142 but they they served 143, 144, 145 etc all before me. That said, the place was very busy - waited around 40 minutes and the queue stayed consistently long, which is usually a good sign. The staff handled the pressure fairly well despite the crowd. Food-wise, the burger was decent - very similar to a typical Miami-style burger, both in taste and texture. The gravy chips were a highlight: generous portion and full of flavour. Unfortunately, the cheesy chips were disappointing - the chips themselves didn’t seem great, almost like they weren’t proper potato. Parking is limited on that road, which is worth bearing in mind. Overall, still worth trying and would likely order again (apparently online is quicker), but with a bit of room for improvement.

A really good place to enjoy very amazing size with excellent tasty and juicey burgers and chicken was really really good. I would go there again.

This place was great, the food was piping hot and prepared to a high standard. Presentation was very good and best of all, the food was freshly prepared and tasted amazing. Staff were polite and helpful and dressed in a clean uniform. We ordered 2x Spicy Chicken Burger Meals with a free dip sauce each. The Bun was soft and the chicken was nicely coated with batter and soaked in the spicy sauce which wasn't overpowering. A generous portion of piping hot chips with a sprinkle of red salt and they were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect! Choose from a great selection of drinks, desserts, Chicken Wings, Chicken Strips etc The shop was nicely presented with excellent decor, onsite toilets and handwashing facilities, kids highchairs. Very clean shop floor which excellent lighting and spacious seating areas both on the ground floor and first floor. Cash and card accepted, car parking available in the back streets and I'm sure you won't be disappointed with the quality of food which is reasonably priced 😉👍🏼 Will definitely be visiting this place again in the near future.

I brought two double stacked burger,one club burger, 9 pieces wings and one loaded fries along with a chicken rice box. It came to a total of 36 pounds. The food was really good and extremely spicy (as requested). The staff were really friendly and caring even though it was a busy night when i dined in. The food was more than enough for a group of four people. The dine in section on the roof of the store is a bit small , but it is kept neat and classy. Will visit again
