Date: May 12 I was very hungry and decided to visit Burger Factory at this location expecting to have a nice burger experience. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the fries I received. The fries looked over-fried, very dark in colour, and extremely oily, as if they had been fried multiple times. It seemed like the oil being used was old and not properly maintained. When oil is too old, food does not become crispy properly and instead absorbs excess oil, which can even make customers feel sick. I informed one of the staff members, and she kindly replaced the fries. The second batch was slightly more crispy, but still overly dark in colour unlike fries I have had elsewhere in Canada. Respected owner, please train and advise your staff on serving quality and safe food to customers. I paid CAD 25 for my lunch today, and sadly the experience left me unhappy. I am sorry, but based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to others.
