About Maaz's Chicken
The journey of Maaz’s Chicken began with Maaz himself, a young and energetic boy who entered the food industry at the age of 16, spending his school breaks and free time at his dad’s restaurant. Despite initially aiming for a corporate career, Maaz found himself drawn back to the kitchen after college. Maaz spent over 2 years brainstorming names, ultimately deciding to name it “Maaz’s Chicken” after himself.
