I've been going to 29th Parallel religiously twice a week since they opened, and they're my favorite coffeehouse, of the many, in Vienna. Why 3 stars? It seems like management or ownership has been slacking. A lot of small frustrations: 1. They switched to a lid supplier for cold drinks that don't fit the cups, causing constant spillage 2. They have the best cold brew coffee in Vienna, but have been out of stock for over a week. When I asked the barista, they said it's because they were 'out of cold brew beans.' I asked why they didn't use any of the copious amount of beans clearly in sight, and they said they aren't allowed to. 3. They are out of sleeves and stirrers, causing you to double-cup the coffee and use disposable spoons to stir, which is a huge waste.

Heard great experiences of unique coffee here over the years. One of their employees got me to try their black and white coffee, very good unique bright taste.
