One of the best shawarmas around. We ordered both the beef and the chicken crispy shawarma, and they were incredible. The meat was so juicy and packed with flavor, while the crispy shell added the perfect crunch to every bite. The bread tasted incredibly fresh and tied everything together beautifully. The service was outstanding. Everyone on staff was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer our questions and make great recommendations. If you're in Philly and craving authentic, flavorful shawarma, Bisho is absolutely worth a visit. We'll definitely be back!
