As a young bright chef and business man, Sam Osmow took over Polar Submarine as his own business. Sam experimented with his own recipes and came up with truly delicious meals. He soon felt the need to work on changing the whole concept of the restaurant - making it a business he can easily relate to. He reopened up as Osmow's, a truly Mediterranean restaurant at 251 Queen Street South, Unit 1, Mississauga, thereby presenting his new healthy and mouth watering meal selections.
Staff has given verbal assurance of halal status. Osmow's states that their meats are sourced from central halal-certified suppliers and that all of its meat is hand-slaughtered.

My first visit to this Osmow's on a busy weekend night was an absolute standout, thanks largely to the incredible staff. The young men working were exceptionally kind and humble, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately set this location apart. Their excellent service made the experience memorable before I even took a bite. I ordered a Super Wrap and a large poutine, and both were prepared with noticeable care and were absolutely flawless. The wrap was generously filled with perfectly seasoned chicken and fresh toppings, making every bite delicious and satisfying. The poutine was simply fabulous—a fantastic combination of crispy fries, rich gravy, cheese curds, and that signature Osmow's flavour that I won't soon forget. It's the rare combination of high-quality food and genuinely outstanding service that makes a place special, and this location has mastered both. For anyone in Mississauga craving amazing shawarma served by a team that truly cares, I wholeheartedly recommend coming here. It was a perfect experience, and I will definitely be back for more.
