I’ve been coming to Boustan for years and have recommended it to many people, which is why my last two visits were so disappointing. The staff didn’t seem familiar with the menu and charged us separately for items that should have been part of a bowl. When I mentioned it, they insisted the charge was correct. Later, they came back and admitted they did have the bowl option but didn’t know about it. Mistakes happen, but the lack of menu knowledge and customer service was frustrating. Very disappointed with the experience.
