❤️‼️ This has become my favorite coffee shop locally, especially for early mornings. Opens at 9am It’s one of the few places I’ve found that combines a genuinely comfortable coffee shop atmosphere with really high-quality Middle Eastern food. The falafel was excellent — crisp on the outside, soft inside, and full of flavor without being overly heavy or greasy. Easily better than most places I’ve tried. The hummus was another standout. It was blended extremely smooth, almost silky in texture, and had a very fresh taste that worked perfectly with the warm bread and sandwiches. One item that really surprised me was the segmented bun filled with cream cheese and coated with honey. The texture combination worked really well — soft slightly hard crusted bread, creamy filling, and just enough sweetness from the honey without overdoing it. I also ordered the panini-style falafel sandwich, which was pressed perfectly with a nice crisp exterior while still staying soft inside. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the flavors changed a bit with each bite. The furnishings are modern and stylish without trying too hard, and the patio outside is especially nice in the morning with coffee before it gets Sacramento summer hot. It feels calm and comfortable rather than loud or crowded. One thing I appreciated as well was how functional the shop is if you want to spend time there. There are plenty of power outlets for laptops and good seating arrangements. They can easily handle a group or party. Overall, the place feels well cared for from top to bottom — good coffee and tea, excellent food, comfortable atmosphere, and an environment that makes you want to stay awhile. No Drive-through, this is a place to experience being alive, not a bump in the road on your way to work.
