I came for dinner with a guest. I was served raw tandoori chicken. I did not notice until I reached the end when the chicken was not pulling off the bone. I was served 4 drums and 2 of the drums looked like this. (photo attached) I complained to the owner Roger as he came to our table to hand us the check. He replied “ So what, it happens. What are you gonna do about it?”. No apology, no accommodation to remake the food, nothing. Just aggressively removing the dishes from the table. Serving raw chicken is not acceptable at all. The owner responding like this is extremely disrespectful to the paying costumer. The service and professionalism in this establishment is low. I will be reporting this incident to the Yellowstone Health Department. If I develop a food borne illness from this incident I will be filing a lawsuit. I hope the owner reads this.
