Ağa Cafer Paşa Sokak, Girne, Nicosia
Ağa Cafer Pasha Mosque is located on Ağa Cafer Paşa Street near the harbor in Girne and is named after an Ottoman landowner who donated the land for its construction. The rectangular building dates to the 1580s in Ottoman style, though some sources indicate it may have been converted from a Lusignan warehouse, and features three main rooms and a single minaret. A fountain built in 1841, the Hasan Kavizade Huseyn Efendi fountain, stands alongside the mosque.
