Selimiye Camii

Selimiye Camii is a mosque located in the old city of Lefkoşa, housed in a 13th-century Gothic structure originally built as a cathedral. The building features a white interior, high ceilings, and minarets added to the original architecture. Visitors are permitted to enter the space outside of prayer times with appropriate dress and shoe removal.
