Imam Hussein Islamic Society (IHIS) is a new Shia Islamic society established by Iranian followers of AhlulBayt - peace be upon them - in Edmonton. The core of the Iranian Islamic community has been started years ago by organizing weekly prayers and programs for Islamic events such as the holy month of Ramadan, Muharram and Safar in community members' homes or community halls.
