Very pristine and very quiet. Many lies about this masjid about kicking others out which is false. Imam is very strict but also very kind.
Sulayman Ferguson
I heard this place had a poor reputation before I arrived, but sadly my visit confirmed it. The person identifying himself as imam is a harsh man, he scolded me for wearing a western cap in the masjid, and physically threatened a brother who defended me. Then he called insults to my friend as he was praying, for wearing jeans. Meanwhile, I witnessed a revert brother get harassed because he took his shahadah at a Shia masjid. I felt afraid being there, as if this imam was not welcoming of me. God help you if you're a woman. Worst experience I've ever had at a masjid, lack of manners from more than one person. I recommend other mosques in the area, as they are far more welcoming and agree to stay away from this place. Jummah at 1:30, Arabic Khutbah and Salaat around 2.
