IMAAM Center
9100 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD
Initially started from a dozen Indonesian-Americans in the Washington DC area, raising their concern on balancing the horizontal achievement and vertical relationship of their future generation. Then, on December 21st, 1993, IMAAM, Indonesian Muslim Association in America, was established and registered in the state of Maryland as a Religious Non-Profit Organization. The principles set by our founders reflect to the breath of our corporate values. We strive to provide a house of worship, not only to gain spiritual nourishment but also to empower oneself to achieve his/her goals and dreams.

Beautiful new masjid in a converted church. Definitely geared towards the Indonesian community in their programming, but their jummah khutbahs are always in English. Great youth programs too, in Quran and Arabic as well as extracurricular & physical activity.

There is no masjid at this address! It's a bank!
