DITIB Turkish Islamic community eV to Koenigswinter an organization founded by the German association law. It was founded in 1985. As Islamic mosque community we exist in Koenigswinter from the year 1976. Through an academically trained theologians (Imam) Muslims are looked after. In 1990 the building was purchased and transformed into a place of worship. Due to the growing influx of Muslims, especially young people, an extension of the object has become necessary. In May 2001 began the construction of the mosque and the new building opened on 28.10.2002.
