Masjid Allahu Akbar

Project Masjid Allahu Akbar, located at 133 North 22nd Street in Wyandanch, New York, was formed in 1993 through the unification of Masjid Muminin formely located in Brooklyn, New York, and Masjid Mustaqeem of Wyandanch, New York, by Imam Al-Amin Abdul-Latif of Masjid Muminin and Imam Inshirah Abdel-Jaleel of Masjid Mustaqeem. The organization purchased land in Wyandanch with the goal of building a masjid from the ground up, establishing an Islamic school and eventually provide housing for Muslims in the area.
