Quba School & Islamic Center is the oldest Masjid located in the heart of Camden, NJ. Frankly speaking, it is a pretty bad neighborhood and having an active Masjid in this city is a blessing. Masjid Quba is making a huge difference in the area. Majority of the Muslism attending the Masjid are converts with not so perfect track record in their life; but Alhamdolillah once people turn to Islam, their life changes. Bad neighborhoods come with their own economic problems, and Masjid Quba is no different. Masjid Quba has been in and out of financial problems because there are not enough economically healthy Muslims in the area who can donate enough money to run the mosque. If you are financially able, please do send a check to Masjid Quba. Money will be used to its best to keep this important institution running.

Friday khutba was awesome. There were about 60-70 people. For the main review I will be blunt from the start. I personalyl will not go to Camden at night; period. In my opnion, giving the situation in Camden, Masjid Quba is doing a great job. Masjid needs a lot of financial help. Historically where ever there is an active Masjid, the area and the people change. If you are reading this review. Please send them a check on a monthly basis if possible to keep this important Masjid running.
