Masjid us Salaam

Legend is before this building became a masjid and after the original bank went bankrupt, this was a nightclub that had to close because of stabbings/a murder. No one wanted to buy the property until someone decided to turn it into a masjid, subhanallah. My friend and I (both 20-something girls) learned this during a random Friday visit. We were there at an odd time between jummah and asr, when the masjid was almost empty. The few brothers we did run into there were super friendly and helpful. Sisters section is upstairs. It's pretty messy and the stairs are gross.

Restricted to salafis only. You better touch your feet otherwise imam will hit in your ankles. Very unorganized, unprofessional , racist and ignorant place ever

This masjid is in a very large yet old bank in the heart of downtown Baltimore.even though it calls itself a masjid upon salafiyyah it is not at all!
