Islamic Center of High Point

We went to this Masjid through zabiha app. It is a Barelvi mosque, gives you good picture of labor class pakistani community, almost every one was in qamees shalwaar, moazzin sahab made Azan out side the building, my husband was an odd number among the Musallis because he was wearing paint shirt. There were people smoking out of the Masjid, but when they heard Azaan they threw away their cigarets and joined the prayer. If you are an open minded Muslim you might not enjoy going to this masjid. But definitely it has a color of its kind. Tabassum

Ive never felt so isolated at a mosque. NO ONE said salam to me or my family. Rather, they all stared at us for not wearing shalwar kamees (it seemed like). This masjid needs to realize that this isnt Lahore. Get your act together and start building a community!
