The Hume Islamic Youth Centre (HIYC) aims to provide a safe and friendly environment for the youth of the local community that facilitates and promotes learning, a healthy and active lifestyle, the development of virtuous character and an enlightenment of the spirit based on Islamic principles. HIYC provides a masjid (jumuah), lectures, book store, cafe, entertainment and activities for young and old, male and female. A separate area for females is available upstairs.

Mashallah great new facility for all Muslims with plenty to do. Beside daily prayers, jumuah, lectures and classes. There are fun games like pool, table tennis, video games, DVD nights and martial arts. Warm environment for brothers n sisters alike who have their own seperate area upstairs. Great all round mashallah. May Allah reward all those involved
