Baitul Aman Mosque

Baitul Aman Mosque is the central masjid within Globe Town. It not only caters for the five daily prayers but also remains open to the public throughout the day. The masjid currently accommodates approximately 500 hundred people, a fifth of whom attend the regular congregational prayer. Globe Town is a relatively large area, home to a large portion of Muslims in Tower Hamlets. The current Porta-Cabin building fails facilitate the entire community; as such, it urgently requires redevelopment.
