Just an FYI, jumaah prayer (iqaama) is at 12:45 for the first and 1:45 pm for the second jamaat. Somehow they don't have this listed on the website.

I would come here to meet old friends that moved to this area from the MCC area as well as my college. Every thing is in arabic and between the four rakat out of eight, they have an arabic lecture. The bathrooms are clean and the wudu area was good. They have a big kitchen below. This I believe was a converted church.

This is a big and welcoming masjid serving a large and growing population on the northwest side of Chicago. The masjid is home to an evening school, weekend school, and an attached full-time day school (ICCI Academy). When I first visited this masjid, the imam and other members of the masjid invited me into the office to share sweets and a gift - that is the kind of warmth that is characteristic of ICCI. Aside from being a genuinely nice person, the imam also has some of the best recitation in Chicago.
