Prince George's Muslim Association

I stopped by this mosque for jumaa as I was in the area. MashaAllah, it was a pleasant experience. Khutba was thought provoking and excellent. Glad to see a nice diverse community in this part of MD.

The Prince George's Muslim Association in Lanham, Maryland has a wonderfully diverse Muslim population and great programs and services, Alhamdulillah. They offer two Jumah Salat @ 12noon and 1:15pm each Friday, plus all the other salat. This is a friendly, humble community. Programs include full time Monetssori school with Arabic immersion program for the little ones, and full time Hifz as well as Sunday Islamic classes for adults and children alike. New Muslims are welcome and this masjid also has its own funeral home services. The programs also feature "My Journey to Islam" series on the last Sat of the month, with folks telling how they became Muslims, When in the neighborhood, this is a great masjid to stop by.
