A very good imam. Now mainly Pakistani. Had a lot of drama a few years back based upon what seemed to be only cultural differences. A need to have more Canadian born or raised representatives in order to combat simple cultural ethno centric issues kept by the more recent immigrants. People who grow up here tend not to care if a brother is Pakistani, Afghan, Somali, Arab, West African, Indonesian, West Indian, Indian. Unity is what counts brothers inshallah when the next generation steps up the ethno centric views that has affected this community in the past will become void and the community will flourish.

Typically always open, with atleast a few ppl there for each congregation. The muslim community in Guelph in general is very weak. With lots of afghans and some Arabs but the masajed are typically empty only being full for Friday. May Allaah strengthen the Muslims and allow us to fulfill His rights.
