Det Islamiske Forbund i Danmark

The Islamic Federation of Denmark was founded in 1998 with the stated goal to protect its members and Muslim cultural values in mutual dialogue with the surrounding community. The federation's headquarters on Hejrevej Street in Copenhagen features a mosque serving approx. 1200 Muslims, mostly of Arabic origin. The Federation has regular links to similar organizations in Denmark and is operated through private funds with some support from the Muslim World League.
