Wirral Islamic Centre (Shah Jalal Mosque)

Situated very near Birkenhead Town Centre, The Shah Jalal Mosque and Cultural Centre, is a place of worship for the Muslim community of Wirral. Although this mosque is predominantly Asian/Bangladeshi, people of other ethnicities do come, especially for the Friday prayers, hence the languages of the services are both in Bengali and in English. The Imam is a very kind-hearted guy and a true Alim, being fluent in both Bengali and English.
