This masjid is a small but well-organized one set in an office building in Chantilly, VA. It is not affiliated with any group or government and is run by the gentle and artistic Sheikh Mesbahzadeh. They are open certain days during the week (schedule is consistent and reliable, please call for details) and open for Jumah prayers. Anyone from any flavor of Islam is welcome. Many services are in Persian, with a few occasionally in English.

I found this masjid to be friendly, clean and well run. The sheikh himself Mr. Mesbahzadeh as well as his son also a sheikh welcomed me and said salam several times. The senior sheikh is a master of Islamic Calligraphy and his works can be seen in the Masjid. They stress that they are not related to any groups or governments (political or other) and their good genuine behavior reflected this. Feel free to take a visit or speak with these friendly sheikhs.
