Masjid Al Taqwa

Masjid Al-Taqwa is located in Shreveport, Louisiana's third largest city, where an estimated 60 to 40 thousand survivors from the Hurricane Katrina disaster have been displaced. Masjid Al-Taqwa provided a variety of services during this crisis. Muslims and people of other faiths have come to be fed, clothed, sheltered and supported through their efforts.
