The good: Beautiful, large masjid with decent parking (though recommend carpooling for Jummah). Clean and well maintained prayer areas. Clean restrooms. Open doors from Fajr to Isha allowing you to visit to complete your salah without needing to wait for an iqamah time. Good programs for children. Conferences occur occasionally. The bad: Khutbahs and lectures are all in Arabic and only the Jummah Khutbahs are translated for English speakers in a basement salah room. No programs for reverts to Islam to learn the basics. No known Dawah activities run by the masjid (there is only a link to WhyIslam.org on the website, listed as a sponsor of the masjid). Website is not kept up to date (Iqamah times are never updated, Youth and News/Events tabs are still "under construction"). It is the nicest Sunni Masjid in Monmouth County, but needs to be more helpful for the needs of the community.

the community just purchased the propery next door for additional parking space and a future activity hall. the additional space is being used this Ramadan for Taraweeh prayer parking, although car pooling is still recommended

Really nice-looking masjid in Monmouth County. I was pretty disappointed in the amount of time it took me to finally get a hold of someone there, though. It'd be nice if everything was a a bit more structured. Good people, though.

Gorgeously built masjid with ample parking spaces for worshipers even on Fridays. The masjid is located in one of the more affluent areas of New Jersey, and the neighborhood is fantastic to just drive around enjoying the scenery. While there are translation services, the Khutbas are in Arabic. I was told that if one wants to hear the translation, one has to go to another portion of the masjid to hear the translation away from the main prayer hall. I hope that they consider giving the sermons in English instead so that everyone would understand without awkwardly going to another room to hear a translation.
