Leeds Grand Mosque

A relatively large mosque near the student area of Leeds. It is located in a converted church with limited parking. The muslim body consists of a wide range of cultures, and the imam is Libyan. He does the khutbah in Arabic and then a translator speaks in English. Improvements to the mosque are made regularly, including extra parking, a bicycle shed and facilities for children and women, who have a designated area upstairs.
