The Islamic Society of Santa Barbara is an independent organization. It desires to facilitate the education and practice of the essence and values of Islam in an environment of understanding, tolerance and compassion. Friday prayer space is provided by the Goleta Valley Community Center (5679 Hollister Avenue) and is between 1:20 and 1:50 pm.

MashaAllah the masjid is very nice place to pray. We were traveling to Santa Barbara and needed a place to stop and pray. Good facility, well kept musallah. The people we met were nice and welcoming. They were having an Islamic class at the time.

not even sure if this is a mosque or musallah or even in use. its the 1st floor of a warehouse in some industrial area. Very hard to find. No contact info or times on the door which was locked. I called the number on this website - no answer. Voicemail gave another number which was unsuccessful. Anyway turns out they read Jummah at some community center a mile away.

I was visiting the area and wanted to stop by for prayer but the location was locked and difficult to find. That being said may Allah make your expansion project come to fruition quickly.
