The Islamic Community of Tampa (ICT) is a vibrant, active masjid of over 300 families from the Tampa Bay area. Established in 1992, the ICT is not only a place of worship but rather a community center for the Muslim population where they can gather to live and learn in an environment of brotherhood and faith. In times of trouble the Islamic Community of Tampa is there to offer monetary and social support.

It is also a very good community. This is mainly Arab especially Palestinian masjeed. I give them 4 because people were smoking around the masjeed after breaking their fast which was not acceptable to me. On the other hand , their food serving , hospitality was outstanding MasaAllah.

Wonderful community with great programs. Friday khutbas delivered by well educated scholars and the best part is that they provide headphones for the times when the khateeb delivers an arabic khutba so that people can listen to a simultaneous english translation. My one gripe is that when the board members make announcements they only speak arabic, without translating.
