The Islamic Culture Center of Rochester is affiliated with The American Muslim Association of New York. They also participate in activities with the local Christian churches three times a year for exchanging information and discussing similarities between the two faiths. The mosque is also part of the Muslim-Jewish dialogue. About 50% of the membership is Turkish, 30% Bosnian; others include African Americans, Yemenis, and Somalis.

As tucson_muslima said, this is not the picture of ICCR. However, this is a good masjid and having lived in Rochester for many years, I used to visit frequently. As an FYI, the folks attending are mostly Turkish people (extremely nice Turkish people) with a few Bosnians as well (also very nice). However, all are welcome as I am neither.
