This is an OK Islamic Center/Masjid. The previous blind Imam that was referenced in one of the posts, Ibrahim Hussein Elsebaey, is no longer with the Center. They have no permanent Imam but there is a very devoted and sincere brother who is residing in the Masjid and opening it daily for all 5 prayers until a permanent Imam is found. They appear to have a traditional orientation (i.e. not Salafi or Modernist/Progressive). It is getting rather small though for the number of attendees. BTW, they do have a Sunday Islamic school.

I was there for a week. The Masjid is in dire need of repairs and upkeep. The neighborhood is creepy to be at night. The current Imam I think is blind and didnt seem to know his audience. We had kids in the Jumma for the long weekend, and he went on to talk about relationship between a man and a woman. Good size of people seem to attend the sermon. The hall was overflowing, Masha Allah.

Mosque is not in the greatest area. There is a full time imam that lives in the mosque.
