Led by two erudite scholars, Imam Aly Lela and Sheikh Rabbani, IAGD is the heart of a thriving muslim community in Rochester Hills. The masjid is well attended for the daily 5 prayers. There is a short explanation after every isha prayer by the imam leading the salah. On friday there is a special tafseer after isha done by Imam Aly and Sheikh Rabbani lectures on Sunday an hour before Zuhr salah. Facilities include a gymnasium, banquet hall, ladies prayer room and a library. An islamic school is also run in the Masjid. Alhamdulillah, its a fine establishment that serves to bring people together and help each other.
