Also known as Masjid al-Mustafa. Established in the early 1970's, The Islamic Society of Greater Charlotte (ISGC) serves the growing Muslim Community living in and around Charlotte, NC. As the oldest Islamic Organization in the Charlotte area, ISGC is an affiliate of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) and a member of the North America Islamic Trust (NAIT).

This is a nicely built masjid with plenty of parking. A dedicated imam who also teaches Quran aside from leading prayers. The community is close and friendly. A good number showed up for Maghrib and Isha prayers. I found people friendly and first to greet with salaam. My recommendation is they place a name board outside for identification.
