Big masjed in a residential area but in a prime location of Toronto. Big jamaa come here to pray alhamdulillah. Only thing I would say, is that it\'s overwhelmingly Hanafi (mainly Pakistanis) and so when they said Ameen I was the only one in maybe 40 people that said it. May Allah strengthen the brothers and guide us all to the Sunnah.

As someone who's been attending this Masjid as a child, I've come to see the monumental growth its been able to achieve by the grace of Allah as it's come a long way from what/where it was to what/where it is now. There has been a positive turning point with a new Mufti leading as Imam, and with it I have the belief more relevant topics around Youth, living in this society and fulfilling those thirty of knowledge can now achieve by attending. One thing I've tried to attend as much as I can is the Friday After-Isha Programs as it's provided me with a plethora of an 'Imaan boost' that I feel is worth while to mention to others looking for the same. As of February 2013 onward, the Friday programs after Isha will have the Mufti lead more personalized lectures and programs to target issues that the audience would be interested in. About the establishment: They have a new ramp for the elderly, a very good Mic system built and from what I've recently heard; their website will be undergoing reconstruction to update brothers and sisters with new programs. Lastly, it's an exciting time for this Masjid and surrounding area, as it has the potential to revolutionize and build upon the old foundations that the Elders have worked so hard to build.
