De Noeroel Islam Moskee

One of the largest mosques in the Netherlands, Noeroel Islam tries to create unity among different ethnic groups. To this end the mosque is decorated with Moroccan carpets, Turkish painting styles and a Surinamese minbar. Home of the International Muslims Organisation Holland, which seeks to unify Muslims in Holland from different backgrounds.
