Nice Madrassa, vibrant community with lots of students at this school. Very helpful staff with a good community support system. They teach interfaith here through which is not in Islam.

Visited this masjid with my wife recently for a program they were having. The first thing that impressed us was the courtyard as soon as you drive into the parking lot situated with nice benches and simply makes you feel welcomed. When you enter the masjid, there is a short hallway leading to a common-area used by everyone to congregate and socialize etc. The mussullah itself if clean (ascetically speaking) and a nice atmosphere. The sisters area is situated to the side with access (both visual and audio) to the Imam/brothers section. It looks like the upstairs is used for overflow or probably for the sisters during salatul jummah. The community itself seemed diverse and lively (filled with many youth alhamdulilah). Would definitely love to revisit in the future inshallah.

I visited this Masjid for Eid this year. It was a really nice experience. It is very multicultural. And this sisters seemed welcoming, which as a convert has not always been my experience in Masjids. I really loved the well done eid Salah at the Hayatt. I hope they have the opportunity to continue this in the future.

Alhumdolillah, this a great place for the muslims of Jacksonville. They offer 5 times salat, juma prayers, funeral services and also community based events. In my humble opinion, its more catered as a community center than as a masjid. The commitee should be made more aware of the islamic etiquettes in regards to purdah. It's a weird feeling when you start bumping into people of the opposite gender. The commitee should enforce seperate entrances for both male and female. The former Imam was very well versed and had a great deal of knowledge in Deen. Unfornately, he is no longer there. What this Islamic Center needs is proper Islamic guidance and leadership. This can only start with them getting the right Imam, inshallah. Overall, great place, nice location, lots of parking and liked by the non-muslim community of Jacksonville.

A really nice Muslim community. Multifaith, multicultural. Mainly Sunni, but some Shi'a do attend. Women are on the Board and have been for many years. Many are very active and their input is definitely welcome! Great Sunday School program for kids. Monthly potluck iftars are nice. Nice, clean restrooms for both Sisters and Brothers. School on site (mainly elementary) with some very qualified teachers. Parking at the masjid is purchased/reserved for Friday prayers. There is additional free parking across the street at the Christian church. (They let the Muslims park there. :))
